Our facilities are available for use by members and non-members for private functions such as:
Funeral Dinners
Birthday Parties
Anniversary Parties
Wedding Receptions
Family Reunions
Meetings
Use of the sanctuary is limited to actual services of worship (including Christian weddings and Christian funerals) and other ministry use. Even so, any extra use could be arranged with the Trustees in advance because of ongoing choir rehearsals, children's ministries, prayer groups, and such.
In general, the church offers the use of its basement hall for personal wedding receptions, showers, and the like. If needed, persons can aso request the use of the kitchen and/or various itemsof church equipment for their event.
There will be:
No Alcohol or Drugs can be served or consumed on church property.
No Smoking is allowed on church property.
No Gambling is allowed on church property. This includes but is not limited to:
games of chance
basket auctions
playing of cards where money is involved
selling of tickets or raffles on church property
Fellowship Hall Fee - $100 for the first three (3) hours, due three (3) days prior to the event - $25 for each additional hour or partial hour thereafter, payable at the time of the event.
Janitorial Fee - $25
Kitchen Fee (if used) - $25
Security Deposit - $125 (plus kitchen fee if used) security deposit required is due at the time of the room reservation. The deposit will be returned within two (2) weeks after the event if no damages have been attributed to the renter. The security deposit will be reduced by the cost of any damages.
Sanctuary Deposit - $50 plus the janitorial fee (members and constituent members and immediate family are waived except for the janitorial fee & security deposit.
Set-up - renters responsibility
Clean-up - the renter is responsible for complete clean-up
The use of the fellowship hall does not mean that a group has the right to use everything in the basement of the church. This would include the church kitchen and the equipment contained within (coffee maker, dishes, silverware, utensils are not included.) Anyone wanting to use the kitchen is expected to make their intentions known on the application.
If kitchen use is required, renters need to provide their own towels, soap, table coverings, and garbage can liners. Each renter is expected to carry out and dispose of their own garbage.
Tables and Chairs must remain in the church building at all times. When using church facilities, all materials, decorations etc., must be removed within 24 hours of contract usage.
